WHO ARE THE FLIPCHARTS?

The FlipCharts are a 2-piece Alt-Americana band from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The band was formed in 2017 by Phil Carter - formerly of Das Damen (SST/Ecstatic Peace Records) -  and Ennis Carter.

The duo met in New York City in the 80s over a mutual love of music and art. Harkening to the sounds of Big Star, Jayhawks, and the Everly Brothers, this unique combination fuses double lead guitars & vocals and guitar virtuosity with hard-driving rhythm.

The surprising magic between these two lifelong partners will make you want to close your eyes and listen deeply. Most recently, their latest tracks were recorded at the iconic Sun Studio in Memphis, TN.
